After purchasing a VOLVO V60 in September, I unfortunately had to deal with two major mechanical problems (excessive oil consumption and EGR valve). I would like to thank the garage and especially Nicolas Michaux, the mechanic, and emphasize the professionalism with which they handled and resolved all the problems. The garage covered all the costs and replaced the defective parts, under warranty, with new ones. Thank you for your seriousness, which is rare these days in a garage.
